Sub Contractors Wanted
We are looking for the following contractors to build our team:
General Builders: Expert in concrete block, brick and stone, cement finishing, foundations, rough and smooth render.
Plasterers: Expert in tape and fill, textured plaster, skimming and cornice work. Able to minimise dust and spills.
Painters: Proficient in all paint styles, tape and fill and artex. Able to work around furniture.
Electricians: To carry out periodic electrical testing and provide certificates. Complete new installations and extend existing circuits. PAT testing. Display competence in identifying and tracing faults.
Joiners: To work off plan. Fit kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, stairs, partitions and plasterboard. Construct roof carpentry and carry out remedial joinery. Provide maintenance service for rental properties outside working hours.
Plumbers: Carry out periodic heating system and gas/oil safety checks. Submit reports using mobile app software. Install partial, complete and remedial heating systems. Extend existing layouts for extensions to properties. Gas Safe registration essential.
Draughting Technicians: To draught plans up to planning and building warrant. Conduct building surveys ready for estimating. Set out foundations. Able to foresee probable architectural faults and detail for low maintenance design. Able to accept ideas from structural engineer and contractors.
Structural Engineers: To determine any structural implications with property for sale, bought and ready for rental. Willing to work around project restraints and calculate low cost alternatives.
Estimators: Able to convert plans to bills of quantities for contractors to price. Measure completed work ready for invoicing. Provide interim figures for monthly invoicing. Input data to Gantt chart and predict year on year costings for ongoing reactive and planned maintenance. Update job scheduling database.
Contract / Site Managers: To set up each project, interview and engage contractors. Check quality of completed work. Work to Gantt chart. Pass contract to invoicing.
Administrators: Main role to manage our Control Room, set up customer accounts, create invoices. Accept customers orders from reception and enter into database. Operate accounts and invoicing software. Book jobs to contractors. Able to schedule hot desk environment.
Window Cleaners: Price and maintain rental properties and communal facilities.
Gardeners / Landscapers: Provide rental property maintenance. Design and prepare cost effective low maintenance structures.
Roofers: Fit proprietary roofing sheets and membranes. Slate and tile roofs. Be able to trace and repair leaks and identify all roofing problems. Be ready to post photos in mobile app. Able to cross match styles, sizes, and colours of slate, tiles and roof sheeting.

Our Trades Standard
All our contractors are self employed or limited companies. Working jobbing basis, full or part time. When you complete the application form state your qualifications. If you do not have all the qualities in our job description we are still interested in providing you work.
Our company works through cooperation. We have a code of practice that enables us to negotiate contracts and find customers. Every person we work with, be it customers, suppliers or sub contractors is expected to uphold our standards. These standards have been developed for over 10 years, but they are not complete. We expect you to provide feedback to help mould them.
We have a zero tolerance level for abusive behaviour.
We are a zero Covid-19 business. All workers in occupied premises must wear masks and practice social distancing.
