renoROT – Preserving our Future

What is renoROT and renoDAMP?

The names are based on our company name Genius [Reno]vate. And what we do is based around preservation of buildings and a part of our renovation contracts.

renoROT is our new timber treatment and damp-proofing division of Genius Renovate Limited, a trademark and trade name of Genius Teamcare Limited for all timber treatments, products and services (including a franchise name for any joinery franchises).

We are also creating a section on www.joineryfxtools.com where we will sell all promotions of timber treatment products.

All timber treatments and renovations that incorporate timber treatments will be managed by renoROT. If we sell products they will be sold as renoROT products. We will also act as an intermediary or give advice on appropriate methods, repairs and surveys for trade and public. This will include on the job instruction and support with our over 40 years experience in damp-proofing and timber treatments.

Approved franchises will:

• Have the renoROT logo on stationery and van livery
• Use our products and technical help
• Have our support in obtaining contracts
• Receive on the job training in using the product/system
