Renovations cover the following:

Cost = Price for repairs plus 5% project management. All features of our renovation package are in our Terms and Conditions: www.genius-renovate.com/terms (There is a separate £75.00 annual App.Service fee for up to 5 properties to access our property management app.)

• Set up project management allowing for 100% access and 24/7 control of your project
• Measure and quote all works, bills of quantities including all sub contractor’s services
• Produce all contracts, plans, certificates, structural calculations and building warrant
• Sign off all works to buy to let, HMO or holiday home. Set up insurances and documents
• We provide all labour and materials with client account for deposits

We are using ZOHO Projects for our project management, with real time client interface app.

Property Maintenance covers the following:

• We have window cleaners, gardeners, joiner, roofer, plumber and electrician available
• We can maintain – buy to let, HMO, holiday home and private dwelling
• Only pay for services when you need them and 100% project visibility
• All planned repairs after renovation can be pre-booked or complete repairs booking form
• Visible control of sub contractors, management, banking and invoicing with mobile app
